EYE CARE TIPS - IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE!
Use ONLY products formulated for the eye area around your eyes. This skin is the most delicate and thinnest skin on your entire body...and is the first to show signs of aging. The gentler you are to it...the better it will look in later years.

Use our Lash & Lid Bath to remove eye makeup. If you prefer an oily based product, the Skinlogics Makeup Remover will work nicely and is safe for the eye area as per our VP of Research and Development.

Use makeup brushes instead of eye shadow wands to apply shadow. These are much gentler to this delicate skin and will give you a well blended and professional look. We have a wonderful set of brushes that can only be purchased from me directly...just email or call me!

So many women just aren't aware of how damaging it can be to use a regular cleanser around the eyes which is formulated for the face. The skin around the eye area is so delicate and thin. It is easily stretched and dehydrated resulting in dry fine lines. Unfortunately, this is one of the first places that we show aging. Which brings me to the next product.

*Our Regeneration Gold Eye Creme and our Platinum Eye Serum are some of the best eye treatments on the market. For the younger woman I suggest Eye-X-Cel which does more to prevent lines than actually repair them.

CREPEY EYES

Whether you have them now or not…they are inevitable! They will sneak up on you and NOT be there one day…and then be there the next! The good news is that the longer you have used BeautiControl the longer you will be able to avoid them. The bad news is that they will come…sooner or later...but you can do things now to make them better! Here are a few suggestions that may help you when you do start to experience these dreaded critters!

BeautiControl related suggestions:

1. Use ONLY products FOR THE EYE around the EYE.

2. Use the Platinum Regeneration Advanced Eye Repair (AM & PM)

3. Use Time To Go Eye Capsules (night) (put this on BEFORE the Eye Cream)

4. Use the Platinum Regeneration Eye Patches 2-3 times a week or more

5. Take 5 minutes here and there and use the Spa Nourishing Eye Pads...better yet...get you a sleep mask...and put those under it and go to sleep with those on.

6. Keep some Therma Del Sol Olive Butter Body Balm on hand. This is a GREAT face and eye moisturizer...and is safe for both! When I am feeling dry I use this too...it is SO SOOTHING!!!

"Non-beauticontrol" related things that will help too:

1. Drink plenty of water (yes this gets to your eyelids) 2. Keep a humidif

3. If you have a jacuzzi/hot tub...USE IT!!! The moisture that generates from this is INVALUABLE to your skin...ALL OVER! If you do not have a jacuzzi/hot tube, find you a facial steamer/humidifier...this will help tremendously! Also, a simple soak in a hot tub frequently will help!

4. Use brushes when applying ANY cosmetic type products around the eyes...concealer...shadows...shadow control cream. The less you can tug, pull, and stretch this area the better.

*In order for any of us to have the best possible skin, we need everyday maintenance which includes cleansing to remove dirt, makeup and other residues. Toning to close and tighten pores and to restore the natural PH balance of the skin. Exfoliation to remove dead skin cells preferably by both chemical and physical. Then of course, moisturization. The most important step is making sure that you are using the correct products for your skin type. I can help you with that.

*We now have such wonderful products and ingredients to turn back the effects of aging on our skin without resorting to surgery. I faithfully use Retinol Time to Go (a Vitamin A product), Platinum Skin Serum, Cell Block C AM and PM and also the Vitamin C Serum. Dr. Dennis Gross touts the benefits of Vitamin C products in his book, "Your Future Face." I also routinely use our Microderm Abrasion product to get a good physical exfoilation treatment.

SKIN CARE EXPLANATION

When you look at our 4 basic lines and see that the Skinlogics Set is for 20-30's skin, the Gold Set is for 30-40's skin, the Platinum Set is for 40+ skin, and the Platinum PLUS Set is for 50+ skin, most people automatically assume that this is based on HOW OLD they are which is not at all correct. Our skin care goes much beyond the basics of skin type and now includes skin care sets designed to work with the age your skin is acting and with your skin type...not how old you are.

3 Main Skin Care Categories

DRY SKIN - Skinlogics Platinum Set (Skin that is ACTING 40+)
COMBINATION SKIN - Skinlogics Gold Set (Skin that is ACTING 30-40)
OILY SKIN - Skinlogics Set (Skin that is ACTING 20-30)

COMBINATION TO DRY SKIN - Skinlogics Platinum PLUS (Skin that is ACTING 50+) This is our MOST ADVANCED skin care system and is absolutely unbelievable! If you have combination to dry skin, this is for you!

3 Additional Skin Care Lines

All Clear - Acute & Chronic Acne and very oily skin. Note: This system is very potent. They need to have acne in order to use this.

Skin Equations - Our Skin Equations line is a phenomenal set for people with sensitive skin, rosacea, eczema, or any type of skin condition similar to those mentioned. This is a calming and soothing set and absolutely anyone could use this. It is very mild and very soothing.

Skin Strategies - This is our Men's Skin Care set and is a wonderful set that is targeted for a man's skin. This set is formulated to address issues that men have with their skin because they shave their face. It is important to remember that while this is a set for men, it does NOT mean that men cannot use any of our other products. ANYONE that HAS SKIN can use our products!

The EASIEST way to determine what skin care you need is to simply ask yourself the following questions:

Are you dry, combination, or oily? You must address your skin type before anything else.

Example 1: If you are 20-30 years old and have dry skin then you would need the Platinum Skinlogics Set because this set addresses issues associated dry skin. You might want to substitute the Platinum Heavy Duty Moisturizer for the regular Platinum Moisturizer if you have EXTREME dry skin.

Example 2: If you are 30-40 and have very oily skin then you would need the Skinlogics set because this set addresses issues associated with oily skin.

Example 3: If you are 40+ and have combination skin (oily in T-Zone & normal in all other areas) then you would need the Skinlogics Gold set because this set address issues associated with combination skin.

Example 4: If you are any age and have moderate to severe acne then you would need the All Clear as this set addresses issues with acne and acne prone skin.

Example 5: If you are any age and have Rosacea, Eczema, or any other type of skin sensitivity, allergies, etc., then you would need the Skin Equations set. This set can also be used for persons that may be experience temporary sensitivity due to medications, health, hormones, etc. This is a GREAT calming & soothing set suitable for absolutely anyone!

OTHER IMPORTANT TREATMENTS TO WORK IN YOUR REGIMEN (If you can't or don't want to do all...the most important things are the Facial Scrub and the Microderm Abrasion)

FACIAL SCRUB - Use ONLY 1-2 times per week. Use alone or mix with cleanser...or mix with cleanser and warming trend for the "Busy Woman Facial".

MICRODERM ABRASION - Use 1-2 times per week. Put Warming Trend Green Tea Mask on before and leave on for 5 - 15 minutes. Then put creme on and start buffing. It is best to use this at night right after cleansing...or you can cleanse afterwards. After you rinse the buffing cream off, you'll follow your normal regimen.

CHEMICAL PEEL - Use 1-2 times per week. Cleanse first and then apply Acid Peel Serum...let dry 2-5 minutes and then apply Peel Mask fairly thick and leave on until dry. Stretch mouth to break mask and peel off. TIP: Use quick strokes to peel off. Any leftover you can use a wet washcloth to remove. Try not to get it in your hair when you apply the mask.

FANGO SEAWEED MASK - You can add this to your regimen and do it at least 2 times per week. It is AWESOME! You will need our mask brush to apply this with. Check with me about getting that.
