What did you do before BeautiControl:  I worked at a school as a Technology Assistant.  Prior to that I held numerous jobs in the computer repair, web design, office management, medical, and secretarial fields.

Tell us about your family:  My husband Eddie and I have been happily married since 1980…a LONG time!  We have two loving sons, Justin and Tyler, who both live very far away.  I also have been blessed with a beautiful daughter-in-law who is also a consultant and most importantly, two beautiful granddaughters Carly and Madison whom I adore and love so much!  BTW…it is true what they say about grandkids…you just can’t get enough of them! 

Why you joined originally:  I originally joined because a friend said I should sell BeautiControl and it seemed like a fun thing to do.  I had never even used the products.  I intended on making enough money to support my current skin care and makeup habit…which was Estee Lauder.  I signed up and went to training the very next day and ordered $2000 in inventory.  I was so excited!  It was after this that I realized that I had to give the products a try!  So…I did…and within a week or two, my crows feet and dark circles were gone…and still are!  I had been using my current brand for 16 years and at 36 I had crows feet.  I wasn’t a happy camper needless to say!  BeautiControl got rid of them…and they are still gone!  I was hooked!  Here it is over 12 years later and every month I am continually amazed by the products our company brings to us!  I know that I made the right choice!

What Dream you have lived because of BeautiControl:  I have been blessed beyond my wildest dreams…with friendships, fun, rewards, recognition, cars, jewelry, trips, cameras, IPODS, bags, luggage, purses, and so much more!  I am ALIVE…and THRIVING!  BeautiControl literally saved my life in so many ways.  After watching several of my friends promote to directors and earn their mustangs…one day it just hit me like a brick…I realized that I was 41 (at that time)…working 40 hours a week and bringing home $900 a month…and in 10 years, I would be 51…still working 40 hours a week and still bringing home $900 a month.  Thank God, I realized that it was up to me to make the change if I wanted my future in 10 years to be different.  So…on a wing and a prayer, that’s what I did.  I had no clue what I was doing…or even what I wanted.  I just knew that I wanted more out of my life than feeling like a zombie all the time.  After working my business seriously for 1 year, I was able to quit my full-time job and live happily ever after…so to speak!  It REALLY is like living a FAIRY TALE.  Being able to work my business from  home…on my own time…and make a six figure income is such a blessing…that I thank God for every day.  I go to bed when I want and I get up when I want…and I work when I want.  I take weeks off…months off…and days off.  I spend time with my grandkids and my kids.  I entertain friends and family in our lovely home with a pool that we were able to buy solely because of BeautiControl.  I am a healthier, happier, and better wife, mother, friend, and woman because of BeautiControl.  I have made many priceless friendships…oh…the friendships…priceless blessings all because of BeautiControl.  Quite literally, BeautiControl has CHANGED my life…and SAVED my life…and I will forever be grateful that I made the choices I made to build my business. 

It is so hard to believe that it has been over 11 years since I joined BeautiControl!  It doesn't seem that long at all!  Since the beginning, I fell in love with our products and from that point my life has blessed daily by BeautiControl in one way or another.  At first, it was just being able to use the BEST products on the market and get a 50% discount!  That was incredible to me...especially when I was use to using very high end other brands at full prices.  I was spending on average over $100 a month on these brands...and only getting a few things.  Another very important thing that was after using these other brands of skin care & repair & prevention for 16 years, at 36 years old, I HAD CROWS FEET!!!  I was NOT a happy camper believe me...and I immediately starting looking for something better.  I expected that to find something better, I was going to have to spend double to get the results I was looking for.  I was wrong...and fortunately I was introduced to BeautiControl.  Within two weeks of using our Regeneration products and Eye X-Cel, both my crow's feet and dark circles were gone...and are STILL gone...10 years later.  Also, I noticed immediately the incredible way that my skin felt when I started using the products. This was something I had never experienced before.  My skin felt wonderful and amazing!  The BEST part of that is that even 10 years later, EVERY time I use our products, the thought STILL goes through my mind at how good it feels!  That is incredible to me!

I realized when I became a BeautiControl consultant that I would be saving at least 75% from what I was use to paying AND getting much more! I could now use the BEST products...skin care, repair, prevention, cosmetics, body lotions, etc.  I am so spoiled because I know that our products are the BEST on the market because they DO work!  Another important thing I realized is that I could have fun with this and make a little extra money...and get my stuff free basically!  That was SO COOL to me!  My only regret is that I didn't find out about BeautiControl 20 years ago...and that I didn't work my business seriously from day 1 so that I could have NOT wasted 7 years of my life...still working at a full-time job, raising kids, missing things that my kids were doing, tired, stressed, etc.  I wish I could go back and change that part!  I could have touched so many lives in those 7 years that I was living in my comfort zone...afraid to step out and take a chance and believe in myself!

It has been an Incredible RIDE...especially the last 3 years!   Reflect with me a moment while I recap the past 3 incredible years of my life!

• I joined BeautiControl in March of 1996 and for seven years, I only told a few friends & family about this...and sold products here and there.  I loved being a consultant and I loved getting my own products at 50% off!
   
• In March of 2003, I had only 12 people on my entire team.  Today I have over 250!
   
• I started my DIQ in March 2003, DURING a SPRING RECRUITING PROMOTION and built my team to over 50 consultants by the end of April!  As a DIQ, my "commission" checks started at being about $600 and went to over $1000 during my DIQ!
   
• At this time, I was so LACKING of confidence.   I could not even walk in ANY room without feeling intimidated.  I was in a rut and depressed.  I suffered from Fibromyalgia and every day was a major act just to get up and function.  I was 41 years old and had worked ALL my life for PEANUTS!!!  I brought home about $900 a month at my full-time job and worked about 35-40 hours per week.  THIS IS WHEN I DECIDED THAT IT WAS TIME THAT I JUMPED ON THE WAGON AND STARTED LIVING LIFE, HAVING FUN, & MAKING INCREDIBLE MONEY!  Others were doing it and there was NO reason why I couldn't too!  It was all up to ME!!!
   
• I promoted to Director in August 2003 with over 70 consultants on my team. 
   
• I earned a FREE trip to Hawaii for TWO just because I promoted to Director. 
   
• My first commission check as a Director was almost $2000!  (In six months, I took my "commissions from my team" from about $50 per month (with 12 on my team) to OVER $2000 per month.  Then, I also had my personal sales from my spas and RE-ORDERS! 
   
• During this time I have earned a cruise to the Bahamas, a trip to Las Vegas, a trip to the FABULOUS Doral Resort & Spa in Miami, a trip to the Atlantis Resort & Spa in the Bahamas, a once in a lifetime trip to Venice, Italy, a trip to Cancun to the FABULOUS Palace Resort & Spa, & a trip to San Francisco. 
   
• I quit my full-time job in the summer of 2004...where I brought home about $900 a month...only a little over a year after I started this incredible journey!  Since then, I work from home, I am my own boss, I work when I want, go to sleep when I want, get up when I want, AND live life on my terms.  When I left my full-time job I was already making about $5000 a month with BeautiControl...$5000 a month!  This is still so incredible and amazing to me!  It is like I am living a DREAM life, making incredible money, and having so much fun doing it...loving every minute of it!
   
• Took delivery of my 2nd FREE Mustang on August 14, 2006!  WOW!  I still can't believe I have earned TWO FREE MUSTANGS!  This is MY CAR...I have the title! 
   
• Earned a Free RED MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE in 2004...free and clear.  This is MY CAR too!I have the title!
   
• Earned several fabulous diamond/precious stone rings, several diamond/precious stone necklaces, 4 pairs of diamond earrings, 42-inch Plasma TV, $4000 Full Body Panasonic Massage Chair, 2 Digital Cameras, NANO IPod, crystal, luggage, purses, accessories, & lots more! 
   
• Now my monthly commission checks range anywhere from $6000 - $10,000+ EACH & EVERY MONTH???  Plus, then I have my personal sales money on top of that "team commission". 
  DO YOU GET PAID THAT MUCH TO WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
   
• Because of this business, my husband now drives a brand new 2007 Eddie Bauer Explorer, which is paid for with my Car/Cash Allowance from BC each month.  In the past, he always had the "junker" car and I had the nice car :)  Go figure that one LOL
   
• Because of this business, I am now able to SHOP TIL I DROP and buy purses, clothes, shoes, things for myself, buy my children things, buy my husband things, shop for my darling granddaughter, shop for my very special niece, buy things for friends, give to charities, & finally have time to ENJOY MY LIFE!  It is after all MY LIFE...and I ONLY have ONE SHOT at it! 
   
• Because of this business, I now have redecorated my family room, bought all new dishes, cookware, silverware, house items, etc.  (I had the same dishes, furniture, accessories, etc. for 15 years...YUK!!!)
   
• Because of this business, I am now able to have someone come in and do my cleaning for me (YEAH)!!!  I love that part especially!
  
• Because of BeautiControl this business has allowed me to quit my full-time job only 1 year after I started working it seriously as a business!  Also, in one year, my income rose by $80,000 and in the 2nd year, I grossed over $100,000!  I have earned 2 Mustang Convertibles that are mine...title and all...not to mention trips, diamonds, jewelry, bags, luggage, etc.  Because of BeautiControl, I feel that I make a difference everyday in not only my own life but the lives of so many others!  I have grown as a person, become a better mother, wife, friend, role model, and am totally happy with the person that I am...and look forward to growing even more...and becoming even a better person!   Who would have ever thought that I could earn so much...all while having FUN???  It is one of those things that "sounds" too good to be true...right?  I can assure you that this is the ONE thing that is GOOD...and is TRUE!
   

• Because of this business, we are now living in a beautiful dream home with lots of room, a pool, landscaped yard, and LOVING it!  Our old house had about 1650 square feet living space and talk about CRAMPED...we were PACKED!  I didn't even realize just how packed we were until we moved into this 3800+ square foot home!  The interesting thing is that I "thought" that this house would look EMPTY...well...let's just say...it's not empty.  I cannot believe that I had all this stuff in that little bitty house!

  All of this has happened SIMPLY because of a decision that  I made 5 1/2 years ago.  I decided that if I didn't do something different I would be 51 in 10 years...and still bringing home $900 a month and miserable...and I mean MISERABLE!  I decided to give my business a SERIOUS shot for 30 days and see what happened.  Of course...the rest is history!  I encourage each of you that want freedom and control of your life to do the same thing!  YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 30 DAYS...and YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO LOSE...but EVERYTHING TO GAIN!

  I absolute LOVE our new house!  It has a pool, pool house, 3 acres of land, in a quite subdivision in the county, and is just wonderful!  THIS HOUSE is TOTALLY ours BECAUSE of BEAUTICONTROL...PLAIN & SIMPLE!  Without BeautiControl, we would have NEVER EVER been able to afford this home.  We will have it paid for in about 15 years...or sooner!

• Because of this business, I was home with my husband while he recooperated after a sickness for months.  I was also to take on the full load of all the bills and support our family.  Can you even imagine what a relief it is to know that every day you can take care of the ones you love...and still earn a living?  It is PRICELESS!  This business is PRICELESS!
  
• By nature, I am a very modest person however because of this business, I know that My Story IS a SUCCESS STORY and the BEST part is that MY STORY can be YOUR STORY too!  I am very proud to say that on a daily basis, I really feel that I MAKE A DIFFERENCE!  That is HUGE to me!  It is incredible when I look back over the last 3 years and see where I am today...and what all has transpired since March 2003.  THIS IS A DREAM JOB...THIS IS A DREAM LIFE...I AM LIVING THE AMERICAN DREAM EVERY DAY AND I THANK GOD FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY AND HIS BLESSING EVERY DAY!
   
• I can travel anywhere and still work.  I can visit my two beautiful and precious granddaughters 14 hours away and still work and make money…still touch lives and share this great business, products, & services.  I can visit anyone for a month and still do all this!  It is truly a business that YOU can make work for you WHEN and WHERE you want…at ANYTIME!  Just recently I was visiting my granddaughter for 2 weeks...and during this time still took over $1000 in REORDERS!  BTW...this is a "consumable product" business...which means the product gets used and repurchased...over and over!
   

• I still suffer from Fibromyalgia, BUT because of THIS BUSINESS, I AM ALIVE and THRIVING!  I know that there ARE NO EXCUSES and FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.  This is my belief and what I live by every day.  There are many ROAD BLOCKS but with each road block, there is ALWAYS a DETOUR!

I wanted to share the past 3 years that I have spent during my DIQ & my journey to become a Director, Earn the Mustang, and Reach For the Stars with BeautiControl.  Since I started my DIQ back in February of 2003, these are most of the things that I have earned pictured below along with my income for my first year as a Director.  I am sure that I have left out things that I have earned as well...I can't remember everything :)  I wanted to do this to show you how BIG of a DIFFERENCE just ONE YEAR can make in YOUR life!  Also, to show you that all of this is possible and that anyone can do this and what the rewards can be...and most importantly that the rewards ARE real and that the "BeautiControl Opportunity" is alive and well and thriving...and is REAL!

These are my earnings since August 2003...pretty impressive for someone without a college education :)  At my job that I just recently resigned from, I made a little over $13,000 a "year".  This is a summary of my commission, my personal sales, & any bonuses...basically my income in money...not counting the gifts, trips, jewelry, etc. pictured above.  For this tax year, Jan 1, 2004 - Dec 31, 2004, with all the gifts above and my income from Jan 1, 2004 to Dec 31, 2004, my 1099 form that I will get from BC will be well over $100,000.  This is a SIX FIGURE income and every time I think back and look at this it just amazes me that " I " can make this much money doing something that I enjoy and love so much!  The figures below are from August 1, 2003 - July 31, 2004.
